*PRINCIPAL

Dawson ISD is seeking a dynamic, student-centered leader to serve as principal of our K-12 school.  The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering academic excellence, supporting staff development, and building strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

     Provide instructional leadership and promote high academic standards across all levels.

     Supervise and evaluate instructional staff and support personnel.

     Implement and monitor curriculum and school improvement plans.

     Promote a safe and inclusive school climate for all students.

     Foster communications with parents, community leadership and staff.

Qualifications:

    Hold a valid Principal Certificate or able to obtain one.

    Master’s degree in educational leadership or related field.
